Maple-glazed chicken with crunchy panko crust, a quick and easy 5-ingredient dinner ready in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple or maple-flavored syrup
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Progresso™ plain panko crispy bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap or waxed paper, smooth side down, and gently flatten to about 1/2-inch thick using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
  • Combine maple syrup and mayonnaise in one dish. Mix panko and pecans in another dish. Coat chicken in syrup mixture, then in panko mixture. Place on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken's juice runs clear when the thickest part is cut (165°F) and the coating is golden brown.
