Maple syrup and pecan glazed chicken - ready in 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons maple-flavored syrup
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves
Instructions:
  • Place each chicken breast between sheets of plastic wrap or waxed paper and gently pound them to a 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Melt butter and salt in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken in the butter for 1 to 2 minutes, flipping once.
  • Combine the rich flavor of maple syrup with crunchy pecans. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, ensuring the chicken is cooked through and the pecans are evenly coated, resulting in deliciously tender chicken.
