Ingredients:
  • 1 kilo chicken wings
  • 86.63 gm soy sauce
  • 48.00 gm brown sugar
  • 54.00 gm white sugar
  • 60.00 ml white vinegar
  • 127.50 gm chicken style liquid stock
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 2.50 gm ground ginger
Instructions:
  • Arrange the chicken wings with the skin side facing down in a large dish.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, thoroughly stirring and blending them together. Pour the mixture over the chicken wings, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for one hour to marinate.
  • Bake at 180C (350F) for 1 hour, flipping wings halfway through. Once golden brown, take out of the oven and serve.
