Serve up these irresistible sticky chicken wings at your next party and watch them disappear.
Ingredients:
  • 65.00 gm tomato sauce
  • 93.23 gm barbecue sauce
  • 12.20 gm Worcestershire sauce
  • 45.00 gm brown sugar
  • 5.00 gm spicy barbecue seasoning (see note) or smoked paprika
  • 1kg chicken wing
  • 1kg frozen potato wedges
Instructions:
  • Combine tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, seasoning, salt, and pepper in a jug and whisk until well blended.
  • In a spacious ceramic dish, lay the chicken flat. Drizzle the marinade over the chicken and rotate to cover entirely. Refrigerate while covered, rotating occasionally, for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Arrange chicken on one tray and potato wedges on the other in a single layer. Roast on separate shelves for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping once, until both are crispy and golden.
