Grilled marinated pork loin: tender, juicy, and bursting with soy, honey, and ginger flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 (12 ounce) pork tenderloins
Instructions:
  • Prepare a flavorful marinade by mixing honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, ginger, ketchup, garlic, parsley, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon in a bowl, then transfer it to a resealable plastic bag.
  • Place the pork tenderloins in a bag, coat with marinade, remove excess air, and seal. Refrigerate and marinate for 1-24 hours.
  • Warm up the grill to medium heat and gently oil the grate.
  • Take out the pork tenderloins from the marinade, shaking off any extra. Dispose of the remaining marinade.
  • Grill pork tenderloins until cooked through, about 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C).
