Grilled tuna steak marinated in sweet and tangy orange juice, soy sauce, and garlic.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup orange juice
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 (4 ounce) tuna steaks
Instructions:
  • Collect all your wonderful ingredients.
  • Combine orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and pepper in a large non-reactive dish. Add tuna steaks and coat with marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat a sizzling outdoor grill and brush the grate lightly with oil. Take out the marinated tuna steaks and gently shake off any extra marinade, keeping it aside for basting.
  • Grill tuna steaks for 5-6 minutes, flipping once and basting with reserved marinade. Continue grilling for another 5 minutes until cooked to your preference. Dispose of any leftover marinade.
  • Savor and relish!
