Ingredients:
  • 115g (1/3 cup) orange marmalade (St Dalfour brand)
  • 40.00 ml kecap manis (sweet Indonesian soy sauce)
  • 11.80 gm Dijon mustard
  • Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large (about 125g each) skinless chicken cutlets
  • 4 small (about 320g) zucchini, diagonally sliced
  • 200g butter beans, topped
Instructions:
  • In a shallow glass or ceramic dish, mix together the marmalade, kecap manis, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and evenly coat it with the marinade. Cover and let it marinate for 10 minutes before proceeding.
  • Preheat a barbecue or grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken, brushing with marinade, for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  • Steam the zucchini and beans in a steamer over boiling water for 4 minutes until tender.
  • Plate the chicken alongside the zucchini and beans.
