Mascarpone Buttercream Frosting

Indulgent mascarpone vanilla buttercream for all your dessert needs.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 0.75 cup mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Madagascar vanilla paste
Instructions:
  • Combine powdered sugar and butter in an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Mix on low speed initially, then increase to medium. Beat until fluffy, occasionally scraping down the sides, for around 3 minutes.
  • Mix mascarpone cheese and vanilla paste on medium-low speed until creamy. Be careful not to overmix to prevent separation of butter and mascarpone.
