Make a quick and delicious meatball casserole using frozen meatballs, sauce, and garlic bread. Great for game day!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen garlic bread
  • 2 (24 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
  • 40 Italian-style frozen meatballs
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Place the garlic bread, spread side up, on a baking sheet in the preheated oven until it's warmed and turns a beautiful golden brown, for about 10 to 12 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
  • Set oven to a tantalizing 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large pot, bring spaghetti sauce to a gentle boil. Add frozen meatballs to the sauce. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes until meatballs are heated through.
  • Tear up the garlic bread and create a delicious base in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour over the spaghetti sauce and meatballs to coat the bread evenly. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese, followed by a layer of Parmesan cheese for that perfect finish.
  • Bake the casserole until the cheese is perfectly melted, for about 20-25 minutes.
