Mediterranean-inspired pesto pita pizza with feta, olives, and tomatoes. Experiment with naan-based pizza as well!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons prepared pesto
  • 2 (6 inch) Greek pita flatbreads
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese
  • 2 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 pitted Kalamata olives
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Spread each pita generously with flavorful pesto, then layer with salty feta cheese, juicy tomatoes, and briny Kalamata olives. Assemble the loaded pitas on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until the cheese is gooey and bubbly, about 6 to 8 minutes in the preheated oven.
