Melon and pineapple ice-blocks

Cool off with refreshing melon and pineapple ice-blocks this summer!
Ingredients:
  • 600g seedless watermelon
  • 350g honeydew melon
  • 196.88 gm pineapple juice
Instructions:
  • Using a melon baller, scoop out 6 watermelon balls, then cut in half. Repeat the process with honeydew melon. Fill each mould with 2 watermelon halves and 2 honeydew halves. Gently pour 1 1/2 tablespoons of pineapple juice into each mould, making sure not to overfill.
  • Cover the moulds with lids and freeze for at least 4 hours until completely frozen. Serve and enjoy!
