Broiled salmon fillets with a zesty herb butter sauce that's both quick and mouthwatering.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoons dried fines herbes
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh dill
Instructions:
  • Preheat the broiler in the oven and position the rack 6 inches from the heat source. Cover a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine garlic and olive oil, then microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Next, melt butter in a saucepan over low heat and incorporate the garlic mixture. Remove from heat and stir in white wine, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, fines herbes, black pepper, and garlic salt.
  • Lay the salmon fillets skin-side down on the pan. Drizzle 1/3 of the butter sauce over the fillets and sprinkle them with fresh dill.
  • Place fillets in the preheated oven and broil for 3 minutes. Turn fillets over, baste with 1/3 of the butter sauce, then broil for another 3 minutes. Flip fillets, baste with the remaining butter sauce, and continue broiling until fillets flake easily with a fork, about 3 more minutes.
