Melted snowman cupcakes

Engage kids with adorable melted snowman cupcakes.
Ingredients:
  • 470g pkt Green's Moist Vanilla Cake
  • 2 Free Range Eggs
  • 160ml milk
  • 60g butter, softened
  • 10.60 gm lemon juice
  • 1 orange snake lolly
  • 12 white marshmallows
  • Dark chocolate writing icing, to decorate
  • Bright red writing icing, to decorate
  • 6 sour lolly straps
  • Silver cachous, to decorate
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Place foil cases in a 12-hole, 1/3-cup (80ml) muffin pan. 2. In a bowl, use an electric mixer on low speed to blend cake mix, eggs, milk, and butter until combined. 3. Increase the speed to medium and beat for 2 minutes. 4. Spoon the batter evenly among the prepared cases.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until a skewer comes out clean when inserted into the centers. Let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Mix the icing packet with lemon juice and water in a bowl until smooth and thick.
  • Frost cupcakes generously, saving some icing to stick on candies.
  • Cut small triangles from snake lolly and use icing to attach them to marshmallows for noses. Use writing icing to draw on faces, press onto cupcakes. Cut sour straps into thin strips with scissors and wrap around marshmallows to make scarves. Place cachous on icing for buttons and use writing icing to draw on arms.
