Berry custard cream tarts - stunning pastries filled with creamy custard, fresh cream, and colorful berries.
Ingredients:
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 240.00 gm thick custard
  • 12 small tart pastry shells
  • 1 punnet strawberries, hulled, chopped
  • 1 punnet raspberries
  • 1 punnet blueberries
Instructions:
  • Garnish with fresh berries and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
  • Whisk cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold in custard.
  • Fill tart shells with the delicious filling using a spoon.
