Elevate your corn game with this BBQ twist - guaranteed to impress!
Ingredients:
  • 4 ears fresh corn, husks removed
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco (1 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Instructions:
  • Preheat your gas or charcoal grill, then delicately oil the grill rack.
  • Grill the corn over medium-high heat, covering the grill, for 8 to 10 minutes. Remember to turn occasionally until all sides are lightly browned.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, lime juice, and 2 teaspoons of taco seasoning mix; set aside. In another bowl, mix queso fresco and chives; set aside.
  • Coat cooked corn with butter mixture and generously sprinkle with queso fresco. Serve immediately while hot.
