Cheesy Mexican-style pasta with flavorful beef and tomatoes for a cozy meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package mostaccioli pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar picante sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes with juice
  • 1.5 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese
Instructions:
  • Bring a big pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook mostaccioli until al dente, about 11 minutes; then drain.
  • Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, then drain any excess grease.
  • Combine picante sauce and stewed tomatoes with ground beef, simmer until tomatoes are soft, then mix in cooked mostaccioli and Mexican-style cheese until cheese is melted.
