Savory Mexican Pizzas - Crispy corn tortillas laden with flavorful beans, beef, and a medley of taco toppings. Perfect for sharing as a zesty appetizer or savoring as a satisfying main course.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 (6 inch) corn tortillas
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green onion, chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
  • 0.5 avocado, diced
  • 1 tablespoon black olives, sliced
Instructions:
  • Warm up the refried beans.
  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet and incorporate the seasoning packet.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, add a touch of vegetable oil and heat. Place one corn tortilla in the skillet and fry for 15 seconds on each side. Continue with the rest of the tortillas, draining them on paper towels. Arrange the fried tortillas on a cookie sheet.
  • Layer the tortillas with a delicate spread of beans, topped with beef and cheese.
  • After baking the tortillas for 20 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, slice them into wedges and plate them. Top with sour cream, tomatoes, green onions, chiles, avocado, and olives for garnish.
