Michela’s beef, plum & cauliflower

Ingredients:
  • 1 red plum
  • 100 g cauliflower florets
  • 100 g quality minced beef
Instructions:
  • Cut the plum in half and remove the pit, roughly chop the cauliflower. Place them in a steamer with the beef and steam until fully cooked. Remove from heat and puree, pulse, mash, or finely chop based on your child's feeding stage. If too thick, add water to adjust consistency. Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays for future use.
