Ingredients:
  • 4 red plums (300g)
  • 4 eating apples (400g)
  • 1 lemon
  • flaked almonds optional
  • Greek yogurt
Instructions:
  • * Prepare the plums and apples as directed. * Steam the fruits with water in a pan as described. * Squeeze lemon juice over the fruits, then cover and steam until soft. * Transfer to a blender or bowl and process as needed based on your baby's feeding stage. * Toast almonds in a dry pan until golden, if desired. * Serve the fruit and yogurt topped with toasted almonds.
