Chocolate-filled thin, crispy cookies - indulgent delight.
Ingredients:
  • 0.67 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 0.67 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup corn syrup
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line 2 cookie sheets with greased aluminum foil.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Combine oats, flour, salt, and sugar; mix well with melted butter. Add corn syrup, milk, and vanilla. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart on cookie sheets.
  • Bake until golden brown, then let the cookies cool completely on the sheets. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Spread chocolate on the bottoms of cookies and make sandwiches.
