Ingredients:
  • 8 eggs
  • 20.00 ml fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 250g diced bacon
  • 252.50 gm whipped cream
  • 165.00 ml grated cheese
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • Cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Whisk the eggs together with fresh chives, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream, cheese, and diced bacon until just combined.
  • Grease the mini-muffin tin and place the pastry rounds inside, then puncture the bottom with a fork or knife to release air.
  • Fill the rounds until they are about 2/3 full.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 220C fan-forced for approximately 10 minutes per batch.
  • Immediately transfer to a wire rack to prevent sweating.
