Elevate appetizers with bite-sized cheese balls.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (2 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
  • 2 tablespoons za’atar seasoning
  • Food Should Taste Good™ multigrain tortilla chips
Instructions:
  • Prepare a cookie sheet or large plate by lining it with cooking parchment paper or waxed paper.
  • Combine Cheese Ball ingredients in food processor and blend until fully mixed.
  • Spoon cheese ball mixture into 24 (1 tablespoon-size) portions on a cookie sheet. Shape the portions into 1 1/4-inch balls using damp hands. Chill for 4 hours.
  • Combine the Seasoning ingredients in a small bowl. Roll the cheese balls in the seasoning and serve with chips.
