Beef cheeseburger sliders: perfect for entertaining and sparking creativity at parties.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons instant minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 8 ounces American cheese, cut into 2-inch cubes (2 cups)
  • 24 miniature sandwich buns, split
Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef for about 8 minutes, stirring frequently until browned. Drain any excess liquid, then stir in the ketchup, onion, and mustard.
  • Grease a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add the beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
  • Slowly simmer the mixture under a cozy lid for 3 to 4 hours until it's heated through and the cheese becomes gooey and delicious.
  • Serve the savory beef mixture on soft buns while keeping it warm on low heat for up to 3 hours.
