Delicious cheese-stuffed mini burgers, served in buns for a family-friendly dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 0.25 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Combine ground beef, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, egg, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and then gently flatten into mini burgers on a lined baking sheet.
  • Place in the hot oven for 20 minutes. Top burgers with leftover ketchup and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbling, approximately 5 more minutes.
