Quick and easy mini cinnamon rolls made with refrigerated crescent dough, perfect for a warm dessert after dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 0.75 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk, or more as needed
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare rolls by unwrapping the crescent roll dough onto a silicone baking mat or lightly greased work surface. Divide the dough into 4 rectangles and use your fingers to press down firmly on the diagonal perforations to smooth them out.
  • Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then evenly sprinkle over the rectangles.
  • Roll up each rectangle tightly, starting from the longer side, to form a log. Cut each log into 1/2-inch-thick slices and place the cinnamon rolls close together on the baking sheet.
  • Bake until golden in the preheated oven for 10 to 13 minutes. Then transfer the cinnamon rolls to a plate and allow them to cool for 1 minute.
  • Prepare the icing by combining confectioners' sugar, milk, and vanilla in a small bowl until creamy and smooth.
  • Drizzle warm rolls with delicious icing.
