Mini garlic bread

Elevate pizza night with individual servings of delicious garlic bread for each guest to savor.
Ingredients:
  • 120g butter, at room temperature
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 125.00 ml chopped fresh continental parsley
  • 8 Bake-at-Home Petit Pain crusty bread rolls
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, mix together butter, garlic, oil, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Using a sharp knife, create 4 evenly spaced crosswise cuts on the top of each roll, about 3cm apart, being careful not to slice all the way through. Generously spread the butter mixture over the cuts. Individually wrap each roll in foil.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Arrange the rolls on a baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes, or until they are beautifully crisp and golden. Serve and enjoy!
