Cheesy mini meatloaves with oats, baked to tender perfection and topped with a sweet, tangy glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.66666668653488 cup ketchup
  • 0.25 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons prepared mustard
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine cheese, milk, oats, egg, and salt. Mix in ground beef until fully blended. Shape the mixture into 8 mini meatloaves and arrange them in the baking dish.
  • Mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl until well combined. Then, generously spread the mixture over each meatloaf.
  • Bake without covering for 45 minutes until the center reaches at least 160°F (72°C when checked with an instant-read thermometer).
