Mini Meatloaves

"Mini meatloaves for quick baking and fun for kids!"
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup Progresso™ dry bread crumbs (any flavor)
  • 1 package (0.4 ounce) ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Strips of cheese, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together milk and egg until combined. Stir in beef, bread crumbs, and dry salad dressing mix. Shape mixture into 6 small loaves and place them in an ungreased 13x9x2-inch rectangular pan. Brush the tops of the loaves with Worcestershire sauce.
  • Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes until the loaves are no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. If using a meat thermometer, insert it into the center of one loaf; the temperature should register at least 160°F.
  • Top with elegant ribbons of cheese and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
