Nutella-filled cookie cups offer a golden, gooey twist on classic cookies.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 (13 ounce) jar chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 12-cup mini muffin tin.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • Using an electric mixer, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes. Gradually beat in eggs one at a time, ensuring each is well incorporated. Stir in vanilla extract. Add flour mixture and mix until just combined.
  • Shape the dough into 1 1/2-inch balls and gently press each one into a mini muffin cup that has been prepared.
  • Bake in the oven until golden brown but not too dark, for about 10 to 13 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before serving.
  • Create a cozy pocket in each cookie cup with a spoon for creamy chocolate-hazelnut spread. Fill each cookie cup with 1 tablespoon of the delightful spread. Allow them to cool for 15 to 20 minutes before gently releasing them from the muffin cups.
