Indulgent ham and cheese dip with a spicy twist of green chiles and taco seasoning mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, undrained
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package McCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
  • 0.5 cup chopped ham
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chiles, Seasoning Mix, and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese in a large bowl. Gently fold in the ham until well incorporated.
  • Spread the mixture in a 9-inch pie plate coated with non-stick cooking spray, and sprinkle half a cup of cheese on top.
  • Bake until hot and bubbly for about 25 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy with crispy tortilla chips.
