Steamboat: Packed with a variety of fresh veggies, this quick cooking method locks in all the nutrients for a healthy meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 baby wombok, halved lengthways, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 1 bunch choy sum, washed, cut into 4cm lengths
  • 1 bunch broccolini, cut into 4cm lengths
  • 150g oyster mushrooms, larger ones cut in half
  • 125g baby corn, cut in half lengthways
Instructions:
  • Assemble the baby wombok, choy sum, broccolini, mushrooms, and baby corn elegantly on a platter.
