Summer Berry Crumble Tart: Bursting with fresh raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries, this easy-to-make tart is a sweet sensation!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 crust from 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out pie crust into a 13-inch round. Gently fold into quarters, then place in a 10- or 11-inch tart pan with a removable bottom. Unfold the crust and press it against the bottom and sides of the pan. Trim any excess crust to align with the top of the pan.
  • Combine the berries, 2/3 cup of sugar, and cornstarch in a large bowl, then transfer the mixture into the pastry-lined pan.
  • Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, orange peel, and melted butter in a small bowl. Mix with a fork until crumbly, then sprinkle evenly over the berries.
  • Bake until fruit bubbles in the center, approximately 35 to 45 minutes. Gently remove the tart from the side of the pan and serve warm.
