Apple Monkey Bread: A delicious twist on a classic recipe with fresh chopped apples.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 (12 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuits, separated and cut into quarters
  • 3 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a tube pan.
  • In a large sealable plastic bag, mix sugar and cinnamon. Add biscuit dough in batches of 6 to 8 pieces, shake to coat. Layer chopped apples and coated dough in the pan.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the margarine. Stir in the brown sugar until smooth. Bring to a boil and let it bubble for 1 minute. Remove from heat and drizzle over the apple and biscuit layers.
  • Simply bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes until fully cooked. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then flip onto a plate to serve.
