Indulge your loved ones with a delicious caramel-filled baked bread made with Original Bisquick® mix.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter (do not use margarine), melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup butter (do not use margarine)
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously coat a 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine Bisquick mix with granulated sugar, butter, milk, vanilla, and eggs in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Divide the dough into 24 pieces and roll into balls using greased hands.
  • Combine 1/4 cup granulated sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture and place them randomly in the pan. Sprinkle any leftover sugar mixture on top.
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, melt 1 cup of butter until smooth. Add brown sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Let it boil for 2 minutes, then take it off the heat. Pour the caramel mixture over the dough balls in the pan.
  • Bake until lightly browned on top, for about 22 to 28 minutes. Let it cool for 3 to 5 minutes. Invert a heatproof serving plate over the pan, flip it over, and remove the pan. Let it cool for another 10 minutes. Serve warm.
