Elevate your breakfast with this homemade muesli bursting with oats, nuts, seeds, and fruit drizzled in maple syrup. Top with yogurt and juicy blueberries for a delightful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 270g (3 cups) rolled oats
  • 150g pkt mixed nuts
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) pure maple syrup
  • 120g (3/4 cup) mixed dried fruit, such as raisins, sultanas, craisins (dried cranberries), chopped dried figs, or chopped dried apricots
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together rolled oats, nuts, maple syrup, and olive oil.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Spread the oats on the tray and bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden. Allow it to cool before serving.
  • Combine the dried fruit with the mixture, then store the muesli in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
