Whip up delicious Muffuletta Pinwheels - a bite-sized twist on the classic New Orleans sandwich, packed with ham, salami, cheese, and zesty olive salad.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup finely chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 0.33333334326744 cup finely chopped black olives
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, or to taste
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pinch dried oregano
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 5 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • 0.25 pound thinly sliced ham
  • 0.25 pound thinly sliced provolone cheese
  • 0.25 pound thinly sliced salami
  • 0.25 pound thinly sliced mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Combine the green olives, black olives, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, and oil in a small bowl, blending them well.
  • In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese with a pinch of oregano and garlic salt until smooth using an electric mixer.
  • Spread a creamy blend of cream cheese onto each tortilla, generously top with the olive mixture. Layer the tortillas with savory ham, sharp provolone, spicy salami, and gooey mozzarella slices. Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap them snugly in aluminum foil. Allow them to chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Uncover the rolls and slice each one diagonally at a 45-degree angle to create ten 1-inch pieces.
