Festive Christmas sorbet: light, refreshing, and unique!
Ingredients:
  • 2 ice cube trays frozen mulled wine
  • 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt or crème fraîche
Instructions:
  • Boil the mulled wine for 5 to 6 minutes until syrupy and the alcohol cooks off. Cool it down, pour it into ice cube trays, and freeze until solid. Blend the frozen mulled wine cubes with yogurt or crème fraîche until smooth. Enjoy as is or freeze a bit longer before serving with biscotti or fresh fruit on the side.
