Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
  • 1 (4 ounce) can canned mushrooms, drained
  • 2 cups water
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt margarine until sizzling. Add rice and sauté until golden. Stir in soup, mushrooms, and water. Bring to a gentle boil. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes.
