Succulent pork chops cooked in a flavorful mushroom onion gravy, effortlessly oven-baked. Perfect over noodles or rice.
Ingredients:
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 1 onion, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a generous amount of oil, sear the chops in a large skillet until they are nearly cooked through. Sprinkle marjoram over the chops on both sides.
  • Combine half of the can of soup with water, salt, and pepper until well mixed. Transfer the mixture into a foil-lined 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Place the onions followed by the browned chops over the soup mixture. Pour the remaining soup over the chops to ensure they are fully covered. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 20 minutes. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
