Adults-only boozy twist on iconic Neapolitan ice cream.
Ingredients:
- 30ml chilled strawberry liqueur
- 30ml chilled vanilla liqueur (we used Licor 43)
- 15ml chocolate liqueur, frozen
- 1 scoop Neapolitan ice-cream
- Cadbury Neapolitan chocolate block, to serve
Instructions:
- First, gently pour the strawberry liqueur into a chilled martini glass. Next, pour the vanilla liqueur over the strawberry liqueur. Finally, slowly pour the chocolate liqueur down one side of the glass.
- Gently place a generous scoop of ice cream on top, making sure it stays afloat. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces for decoration.
