Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup lard
  • 0.33329999446869 cup cold water
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add lard and mix until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
  • In a separate bowl, blend water, egg yolk, vanilla, and vinegar until smooth. Mix into flour mixture and knead briefly until dough is smooth.
