Savory meatloaf made with ground beef, stuffing mix, onions, and garlic, topped with tangy barbeque sauce and sweet brown sugar glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 pounds ground beef
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (6 ounce) package herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
  • 1 cup hickory smoke flavored barbeque sauce
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and give that 9x13 inch baking dish a quick and easy grease-up.
  • Combine ground beef, eggs, stuffing mix, hickory smoke flavored barbecue sauce, onion, garlic, and milk in a large mixing bowl. Mix well, then shape the mixture into 2 loaves and place in the prepared baking dish.
  • Blend the barbeque sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl until smooth. Pour the glaze over the 2 meatloaves.
  • Bake the covered dish in the preheated oven for 60 to 90 minutes, then uncover for the last 15 minutes. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
