Quick and easy buttermilk-chocolate cake that's moist and versatile in different pans. Simply irresistible!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 0.66666668653488 cup cocoa
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup boiling water
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare a 10x15-inch baking pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, oil, buttermilk, cocoa, eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt using an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in boiling water until well combined. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan.
  • Place the dish in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then, raise the oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
