Irresistible no bake pecan pie dip, a crowd favorite for the holidays. Perfect with apples, pretzels, or crackers.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces whipped topping
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cold butter, cut in small pieces
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, whipped topping, and powdered sugar until smooth using an electric mixer. Spread the mixture on the bottom of a pie plate and refrigerate while preparing the topping.
  • In a saucepan, melt together brown sugar, cold butter, corn syrup, pecans, vanilla extract, egg, and salt over medium-high heat until it gently boils, stirring constantly. Let it cook for 1 minute, still stirring, then remove from heat. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before pouring over the cream cheese mixture. Serve right away or refrigerate until serving.
  • Enjoy with apple slices, pretzel crisps, or graham crackers.
