Instructions:
  • Prepare a buttered 8x8 inch pie pan and keep it ready for use.
  • Combine powdered sugar, milk, and butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until a candy thermometer reads 238 degrees F (112 degrees C).
  • Take the mixture off the heat and stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, vanilla, and cocoa until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, let it cool, and refrigerate in an airtight container before serving.
