Delicious dairy-free banana oat pancakes made with ripe bananas and eggs for a healthy and easy breakfast option.
Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup rolled oats
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • cooking spray
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine the banana, eggs, oats, and baking powder until smooth, blending for around 45 seconds.
  • Coat a griddle or skillet with cooking spray and preheat over medium-high heat.
  • Spoon batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned, about 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat as needed.
