Easy no-bake cookies for snacking or breakfast on-the-go!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 cups Fiber One™ Protein Cranberry Almond cereal
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and honey until fully combined. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
  • Combine cereal, cranberries, and almonds until evenly coated. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place a 2 1/2-inch round biscuit cutter on the sheet. Spoon 3 rounded tablespoonfuls of the cereal mixture into the center of the cutter and press down firmly. Carefully remove the cutter and repeat with the rest of the mixture. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, or until firm.
