No-Churn Chocolate-Cherry Ice Cream

Simple no-churn chocolate-cherry ice cream, a delightful summer indulgence without the need for an ice cream maker.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.33 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup fresh sweet cherries, pitted and cut into quarters
  • 0.75 cup chocolate chunks
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup fresh sweet cherries, pitted and cut into eighths
  • 0.25 cup chocolate chunks
Instructions:
  • Combine sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder in a large bowl to create a decadent ice cream base. Gently mix in cherries and chocolate chunks for added indulgence.
  • Whisk cream and vanilla extract in a chilled glass or metal bowl using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk until fully incorporated.
  • Divide the mixture into two loaf pans and top with cherries and chocolate for a beautiful finish.
  • Cover the mixture with plastic wrap making sure it directly touches the surface, and then lay another sheet of plastic wrap over the sides of the pans.
  • Chill in the freezer until solid, approximately 8 hours.
