Create a delicious Banh mi sandwich in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 4 Vietnamese Rolls or hot dog rolls
  • 150g mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Hot Roast Chicken, coarsely shredded
  • 200g pkt Beetroot Slaw
  • 20.00 ml sriracha or chilli sauce (optional)
  • 8 long coriander sprigs, trimmed
Instructions:
  • Carefully slice each bread roll in half, leaving one edge intact to create a pocket. Generously spread the inner sides with creamy mayonnaise.
  • Place a generous amount of chicken and beetroot slaw into the filling. Top with a drizzle of chili sauce, if you like. Garnish with fresh coriander sprigs before serving.
