Whip up a quick and delicious 5-ingredient meat pie for a fuss-free weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 700g pkt frozen Beef Pies
  • 500g pkt frozen peas
  • 60ml thickened cream
  • 350g Crème Royale Mashed Potato
  • 165g pkt traditional liquid gravy
Instructions:
  • Prepare the pies as instructed on the package.
  • Boil the peas in a large saucepan of water for 5 minutes until tender. Drain and blend with cream in a food processor until almost smooth. Season to taste.
  • While the pies bake, prepare the mash according to the packet instructions. Heat the gravy in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it comes to a boil (about 2 minutes).
  • Spoon the mashed potatoes onto plates, then place the pies and pea puree on top. Finish with a generous drizzle of gravy.
